In the Spirit of The Museum’s mission of presenting new Valley voices, celebrate our large and diverse SFV community through this festive and family-friendly event at The Museum located on the beautiful grounds of the Rancho Cordillera del Norte in Northridge. We will highlight the cultures of prominent countries in Asia and the Pacific Islands through expressions of their art, music, dance, food and more.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Event Sponsor: $5,000+ – The Museum puts on the event and will place your company with equal billing. Your banner will be placed on stage, brief remarks from stage, commercial from stage – stage recognition throughout the event by MC, logo on print and electronic media, on-line sponsor profile with name, hyperlink, contact information, and flexible exhibit space.
Cultural Sponsor: $1,500 – Banner placement at event, acknowledgement at opening & closing of event by MC, commercial from stage, logo on print and electronic media, commercial on stage, on-line sponsor profile with name, hyperlink, contact information and flexible exhibit space.
Community Sponsor: $500 – Acknowledgement at opening & closing of event by MC, sponsor name on event signage, on-line sponsor profile with name, hyperlink, contact information, exhibit space.
Committee Sponsor: $250 – Acknowledgement at opening & closing of event by MC, sponsor name on event signage, on-line sponsor profile with name, hyperlink, contact information.

SPONSOR/VENDOR/EXHIBITOR LETTER OF AGREEMENT
Please fill-out this form completely and return it to the address below, or scan and email to Jackie at [email protected]. Once payment is verified, you will receive an email confirmation as well as any further instruction regarding sponsorship benefits.
By submitting the form below, you are authorizing The Museum SFV to use your individual and/or company name, logo, photos, and other information on all material pertaining to the Pan-Asian Pacific Arts & Cultural Festival website, other media sources, and social media platforms.
– DEADLINE FOR PRINTED MATERIALS – NO LATER THAN MAY 7, 2024 – Sponsorship benefits with regard to PRINTED marketing and promotional materials (including logo and sponsor names) are subject to timely meeting submission deadlines
– DEADLINE FOR DIGITAL – WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER SIGN-UP OR NO LATER THAN MAY 12, 2024
INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
I agree to be solely responsible for any costs, claims, damages and expenses incurred by me or my employees working at the event on my behalf as a result of participation in the May 19, 2024 3rd Pan-Asian Pacific Arts & Cultural Festival sponsored by The Museum of the San Fernando Valley. I understand that the Festival will be held in Northridge. I may begin setting up my booth as early as 9:30 AM. Please allow yourself enough time to set-up & be ready by 11:00 AM. I also understand I am participating at my own risk and accept such risk as my sole responsibility. Therefore, in the event of any loss or injury sustained from participating in the Festival, I agree to hold harmless The Museum of the San Fernando, the Rancho Cordillera del Norte, California State University at Northridge (CSUN) and their staff and representatives from any responsibility in any way for such loss, injury, claims or damages. The Museum is committed to maintaining a family friendly environment at this event. Therefore, possession, sale or use of alcohol, illegal substances or weapons of any kind are inappropriate for this Family Friendly event and are prohibited – California Penal Code Section 417. Vendors not complying with this will be asked to leave immediately with no refund of booth fee. There will be no refunds or rain checks due to weather or event cancellation.
